The Senior Counselor will join Big E Central (EKU's One-Stop Shop) servicing both undergraduate and graduate students with Financial Aid, Student Accounting, Registration, and other student related needs. The position will actively serve students and their families through chat, phone, and in-person interactions. The incumbent will collaborate with stakeholders and support and utilize software. In addition, this position will assist in developing and implementing specific policies, programs, and services to ensure student requirements and needs are properly communicated and accurately addressed in collaboration with the Financial Aid, Student Accounting, and Registrar offices. |
