The Department of Applied Human Sciences is seeking a Graduate Assistant. The assistantship is a stipend position expected to work 20 hours each week beginning in fall 2025. The graduate assistant will generally work a standard weekly schedule but must be flexible for things such training, and fine dining meals, as well as some evening or weekend work. |

The Executive Director, Applications & Infrastructure, will play a central role in shaping and supervising the technological landscape of the organization during a pivotal period of growth and transformation. This key leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in executive leadership, strategic planning, and specialized expertise in managing university Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, integrated applications, and infrastructure.
The successful candidate will ensure that technology solutions—particularly those related to CRM and ERP systems—are strategically aligned with the institution's goals and priorities. They will lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation across the technology ecosystem. A strong emphasis will be placed on fostering cross-departmental collaboration to deliver integrated, user-centered solutions that support institutional effectiveness. The Executive Director will oversee the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of ERP, CRM, and related applications, all within a broader vision for advancing data-informed decision-making and long-term strategic outcomes. |

The Student Assistant plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly—helping with communication, document management, data entry, and outreach. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic higher education setting and involves supporting students, school partners, and internal team operations. Work is year-round with summer availability expected and occasional peak-period hours during the academic year. |

The Student Office Worker helps faculty members and the general public in relation to the department as needed. The Student Office Worker also serves as an ad-hoc/peer advisor to students who call, email, or come to the office with advising-related questions. The Student Worker provides students with information regarding particular courses within the major, helps students select major and/or general education courses to meet graduation requirements, assists students in understanding how to navigate their DegreeWorks, directs them to online forms necessary for registration (e.g., overrides, change of major/minor/concentration), and assists them in scheduling meetings with their primary advisor.
The Student Worker also assists with social media postings and assists in organizing and interacting with students during recruitment and retention events for our major and prospective students (e.g., Majors Expo, Psychology Conference, etc.). |
