Director, CIEGE Richmond Campus
The Director for the Center for Inclusive Excellence and Global Engagement provides vision, leadership, and assessment for programming and services focused on student development, recruitment & retention, global engagement, and a sense of belonging for the EKU community. The Director oversees the day-to-day operations of the Center for Inclusive Excellence and Global Engagement and works in collaboration with university administrators, faculty, staff, and students to develop, implement, and assess CIEGE initiatives. The Director will collaborate across campus to ensure a sense of belonging for students through recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives and will develop and track success metrics for student belonging. The Director will connect with and build relationships with community partners, alumni, and donors to advance the mission of the CIEGE. Additionally, the Director will provide guidance to faculty, staff, and students through individual and group interaction. The incumbent should be highly collaborative with a record of relationship building, resource management, and personnel management. Position will require occasional night and weekend work.
Chair, of Dept. Engineering and Technology, & Director of Manufacturing Engineering Richmond Campus
The College of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (CSTEM) at Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) invites applications and nominations for the combined position of Chair of the Department of Engineering and Technology, and the Director of the Manufacturing Engineering program (housed within the Dept. of Engineering and Technology). The Chair/Director reports to the Dean of the College of STEM. Position includes administrative, budgetary, and program decision-making within the Department. PhD is required in Manufacturing Engineering or a closely related field such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, from an accredited institution. Experience in university academic leadership and EAC-ABET accreditation is required. Credentials for appointment at the rank of professor: demonstrated record of distinguished teaching, research/scholarship, and service; experience in curriculum development, program expansion, student recruitment and retention; faculty recruitment and development; fiscal management; and record of involvement in professional societies and community relations are essential.
Football Quality Control Richmond Campus
A Football Quality Control Assistant provides support to the offensive, defensive, and/or special teams coaches and students to enhance the quality and efficiency of day to day operations.
Student Worker Richmond Campus
Student Employees will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Conferencing and Events Department located in the Perkins building. This includes monitoring, working, setting up tech equipment, and office duties. The student worker will also assist the event specialists within the department with any event needs. There will be other duties as assigned.
School of Music Part Time Employment Richmond Campus
Provides services for the School of Music. Duties could include instruction, accompanying, ensemble direction, or other duties as required by the School of Music.
