| Advises assigned students for the purpose of assisting them in establishing academic plans and goals. Provides onboarding services to assist with required petitions, transfer credits, and course scheduling. Provides retention services and contacts that lead to positive and effective strategies that will enable success at EKU. Utilizes university resources such as DegreeWorks, Advising360, Banner, and Slate to process information and keep timely and accurate records. Interacts with students as needed through meetings, phone, and/or email to troubleshoot or problem solve advising and retention challenges. |
