Proposal Development Specialist Richmond Campus
The Proposal Development Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and sharing funding opportunities; providing proposal development support, training, and technical assistance to University faculty and staff; responding to pre-award administrative requests; reviewing and processing awards; and completing special projects as assigned to meet the needs of the Sponsored Programs office. The position requires excellent customer service and communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, skills in using Microsoft Excel for budget-related tasks, and familiarity with Federal regulations for grant compliance.
Manager, Technical Systems, Conferencing & Events Richmond Campus
Works with the Director of Conferencing & Events to provide oversight to the planning and implementation of all special events for Conferencing and Event and other identified University functions for EKU. Provides daily direction for the planning and event staff. Provides technical and administrative assistance to the university campus for the campus-wide scheduling software system, used for scheduling facilities, outdoor space, and other event resources for a myriad of conferences and events. Serves as a liaison between University Registrar, Student Affairs, Facilities Services, Information Technology, EKU Police and College Net.

This position will give the employee work experience in emergency management, safety, and security related activities.
Student Financial Aid Admin Richmond Campus
The Student Financial Aid department is currently seeking student employee(s) who will provide excellent and detailed administrative clerical support. The student worker(s) duties will involve scanning, indexing, checking mail, running errands on campus, clerical support and other assigned duties. We are seeking students who are available to work 15-20 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 4:30pm.
