| The Assistant Director, Housing Facilities Operations supports the overall coordination, administration, and operational effectiveness of University Housing facilities. This position assists with residential facility operations, housing transitions, capital projects, summer programs, operational planning, and departmental initiatives to ensure residential spaces are safe, functional, and prepared to support the student experience.
The Assistant Director collaborates with Housing & Residence Life staff, Facilities Management, campus partners, contractors, and vendors to coordinate facility-related operations, communication, and service needs. This position provides leadership and supervision for assigned staff, assists with operational improvements, supports facility projects, and participates in on-call emergency response rotation to ensure effective housing operations throughout the academic year, summer programs, and special events. |
