Seeking a detail oriented Assistant Director with a strong work ethic and communication skills to assist with coordination of academic support services offered to student-athletes by the Chad Bratzke Student-Athlete Academic Success Center( SAAS), This will include but not limited to: intensive academic support related to academic advising, tutoring, study hall support and one on one mentoring for Football student-athletes with the goal of helping student-athletes remain academically eligible to compete, be retained, and ultimately graduate from EKU. Will serve as athletic advisor for entire Football team.

Business Partners with management and serves proactively as the HR resource/liaison with the units to assess human resources needs, provide HR analysis, ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies, recommend HR solutions to assist leaders in managing human resources, and deliver HR services in areas such as Employment, Employee Relations, Compensation, Organizational Design, Performance Management,and Training & Development and Investigations.
