| Under the direct or indirect supervision from the Utilities Manager or HVAC Supervisor, the HVAC Mechanic will be responsible for the work of heating, air conditioning and ventilation maintenance and repairs. This position will be part of a team that will operate, maintain, and repair all equipment used for heating, ventilation and air conditioning. This includes operations of a central heating plant utilizing steam and/or hot water for tempering or heating buildings and a chilled water system to provide cooling to all buildings. |
