CPHS is excited to launch a search for a full-time Clinical, Skills, & Simulation Laboratory Coordinator in the Accelerated BSN program. This position represents an unique opportunity for an outstanding individual to join our innovative healthcare degree program. The Coordinator will manage the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of experiences within the various clinical, skills, and simulation learning labs. They will also adapt an interdisciplinary approach to all functions of the college and community partners.
To thrive in this role, the individual will have strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) to work effectively with faculty, staff, students, and partners in a positive, helpful, and cooperative working relationship. Advanced technical and computer skills are required and flexibility to adopt new technology is essential.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, project, and time management skills to implement student learning opportunities in clinical, lab, and simulation environments. Initiative and the ability to work independently while thriving in a setting requiring collaboration and teamwork is paramount for maximal efficiency and effectiveness. Maintenance of confidential information per college and federal guidelines is also required. |
