Drake University Head Start is seeking a professional candidate to serve as a preschool classroom Teacher in our Knoxville classroom. the classroom is located in Knoxville. This position leads daily activities in the classroom through developing, implementing, and evaluating early childhood curriculum and practice. The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering lessons focused on social emotional skills and kindergarten readiness. Each of our Head Start Teachers partner with a teacher associate to fulfill educational, nutritional and hygienic needs of children while they are in the classroom.
United College: Assistant Professor of Practice in Data Analytics (Teaching in China)	Iowa
QU – Drake United College, a unique joint degree program between Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and Qingdao University in Qingdao, China, invites applications for multiple faculty positions to start Spring 2026 or Fall 2026. The QU-Drake United College is collaborative initiative between Drake University and Qingdao University that allows undergraduate students to earn both a Qingdao University Degree and a Drake University Degree through a jointly developed curriculum taught in Qingdao. The dual degree programs, offered in Biology and Data Analytics, enable students to complete four years of full-time study in Qingdao University. Students take six credits of ESL/Public Speaking over two semesters. Qingdao University is located in Shandong, an eastern Chinese province on the Yellow Sea. Qingdao is a vibrant coastal city with a population of over 7 million, known for its temperate climate, rich history, and popularity as a travel destination. The university offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs. Qingdao has been ranked among the world’s top 500 universities in the Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU).

Drake Law School combines a rich history with the latest technology and an innovative curriculum, including the nation’s only First-Year Trial Practicum. As the only law school in the capital city of Des Moines, Drake Law School provides a unique educational and practical learning experience through modern facilities, a top-ranked legal clinic, and an exceptional relationship with the bench and bar. Drake Law School was founded in Des Moines in 1865, which makes it one of the 25 oldest law schools in the country. The Law School was established by Iowa Supreme Court justices George Wright and Chester Cole, who aimed to teach law in proximity to the courts so students could witness the law in action.
