About the role
This position is based at Calvary Riverina Hospital- Wagga Wagga, NSW. Offering a dynamic and fast-paced clinical environment. The role typically coves early day shifts (Monday–Friday), with an expectation of flexibility to support operational needs, which may include occasional late shifts or on-call depending on service demands.
As a Clinical Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of clinical services across the hospital. You will act as a key liaison between multidisciplinary teams, supporting clinical workflow, patient flow, and service coordination.
Your main duties will include:

Coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure efficient patient flow (admissions, transfers, discharges)

Support rostering, staffing coordination, and escalation of workforce issues

Maintain accurate clinical data, reports, and documentation systems
- Coordinate resources including bed management, equipment, and service capacity
- Participate as a member of the clinical escalation team, including responding to and coordinating emergency situations such as Code Blue events.
About you
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse/Midwife
- Minimum of five years clinical experience
- Clinical experience with demonstrated leadership in patient flow/bed management, discharge planning, or hospital operations
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing staffing resources
- Ability to form positive collaborative relationships with internal and external customers
- Advanced communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
