The Role:
We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our retail family at Cairns Airport in a Part-Time capacity. If you love connecting with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and inspiring others – this is your moment.
*Mainly night shifts, 5 days a week (27 hours) - Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
*Need to be flexible as roster may change due to flight schedules so may extend shifts for flight delays!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver standout customer experiences – lead by example
✅ Guide and support your team to meet service and sales targets
✅ Understand and complete store closing duties
✅ Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards
✅ Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team
✅ Bring accountability, reliability, and positivity to every shift
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in a team leadership role within a fast-paced retail setting
✅ Confident communicator and motivator
✅ A passion for customer service and making people feel welcome
✅ Ability to stay organised, focused, and cool under pressure
✅ A respectful and team-oriented attitude
✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
