Payroll Analyst II

| The primary responsibilities of this Payroll Analyst II position are to update, review and audit PeopleSoft payroll transactions for the system and help ensure compliance and adherence to KCTCS Policies and Procedures and regulatory standards for time and absence, tax withholdings, benefit operations, and payroll processes. This position will work cooperatively with a team to support gross-to-net calculations, general deductions, benefit vendor payments, time and labor administration, tax administration, and will support the payroll organization with other general administrative duties as assigned. This position will support PeopleSoft testing, implementations, and upgrades as needed and support other functional areas of payroll and benefit operations as needed.
Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions,
with the expectancy of continuance based on performance.
KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time. |
