Subject Matter Experts are employed on a strictly part-time, as-needed basis and are scheduled based on training demand. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering course content, maintaining a safe and productive learning environment, evaluating participant progress as appropriate, and representing Workforce Solutions with professionalism while ensuring training aligns with industry standards and employer needs. |
