This position supports students by providing personalized outreach, transitional advising, and guidance while connecting them to their preferred KCTCS campus and community resources to overcome barriers and achieve credential completion. Advising is considered one component of the role, but the position is primarily a coordinator function—the C2C Coordinator provides short-term academic guidance, including reviewing records, addressing outdated or discontinued programs, and clarifying next steps, before transitioning students to campus-based advisors for ongoing support.
