ECTC is seeking a Director of Student Support Services (SSS) to provide academic and other support services to low-income, first-generation or disabled college students to increase student retention and graduation rates. The director’s time will be split between the ECTC Leitchfield campus and ECTC Springfield campus. The director is responsible for all facets of designing, implementing, administering, supervising, and evaluating the SSS project.
This is a grant funded position through 2030, with annual evaluations. |

The position will be in the Student Success Hub at the Elizabethtown campus and report to the Director of Student Success and Tutoring. |
