Manager IV - Administrative Leadership (Executive Director of Project Management) Versailles, KY
The Manager IV - Administrative Leadership position is responsible for leading the successful, planning, execution, and completion of projects assigned by the KCTCS President or KCTCS Executive Vice-President/Provost. The PMO Director will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining project management standards, practices, and methodologies. They will oversee the project portfolio to ensure alignment with KCTCS goals and objectives while optimizing resource utilization and ensuring the timely completion of initiatives. This is a leadership role requiring expertise in project governance, strategic planning, and team management. Streamline coordination efforts, reduce project duplication, promote consistent change-management methodology and provide general strategic oversite of organization-wide goals. Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions, with the expectancy of continuance based on performance. KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time.
Instructor- Environmental Science Technology (EST)/ Natural Sciences Lexington, KY
Teaches primarily Environmental Science to students, advises students, maintains office hours, provides internal service to the college as assigned, provides external service as a representative of the college, pursues professional development, and provides leadership where appropriate.

Admissions Counselor I Elizabethtown, KY
ECTC is seeking an Admissions Counselor I for the TRIO Upward Bound Math & Science (UBMS) program at ECTC. The UBMS program seeks to assist first generation low-income high school students in preparing for college and careers in STEM. Serving students from the following high schools: North Hardin, Nelson Co., Thomas-Nelson, LaRue Co., and Washington Co. The Admissions Counselor I will provide student services to participants and assist the UBMS Program Director with meeting the grant objectives. The Admissions Counselor I will report to the UBMS Program Director. This is a five (5) year grant program eligible for renewal in 2027.
