| The Financial Aid Advisor IV position provides administrative and technical leadership, expert consultation and best practices and procedures in all financial aid manner to support system wide KCTCS college financial aid fund programs. It combines student financial aid functional knowledge and technical expertise with an emphasis on federal compliance support. Responsibilities include the day-to-day operations of financial aid systems, indirectly leading other financial aid systems staff, and providing ongoing training. Additionally, this role contributes to the enhancement of financial aid processes, development of operational metrics, problem-solving initiatives, and performance improvement efforts.
Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions, with the expectancy of continuance based on performance.
KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time. |

| The primary purpose of the temporary part time Adult Education Instructor is to teach mathematics and reading, provide assessment and targeted instruction services to the Academic Foundations Department students that may be in Christian or adjacent counties seeking to earn a high school equivalency diploma (GED), enroll in college, or advance in a career. Services may be provided at college campus, county jails, or other external locations. This position will most likely serve Caldwell and Todd counties. |
