Staff Instructor IV: Lineman Instructor (OPEN UNTIL FILLED)

| The full-time Lineman Instructor will provide direction and instruction for the Lineman Training Program on the MCTC Rowan Campus. Will be responsible for assistance in recruitment of students by attending networking meeting, holding seats on job-related committees, and attending career fairs for secondary institutions and adults. Order materials and supplies needed for the program on the Rowan campus. This position will also build and retain strong employer partnerships through advisory boards, guest instructors, and student employment opportunities after completion of the training. Managing and tracking student placements, maintaining a safe learning environment, and security of all inventory tools and material for the program are essential as well. It is intended that the person in this role will also manage the CDL program and instructors, and submit academic program assessments and other necessary items. |
