Norfolk State University (NSU) is a Historically Black University located in the city of
Norfolk, Virginia. The NSU campus enrollment is approximately 6,000 students, and the
campus has a rich tradition of undergraduate teaching and research. The College of
Science, Engineering and Technology in NSU now features a growing focus on emerging
areas in science and technology, and the Engineering department was established in 2002
as a separate program. Today, the Engineering department offers a BS and MS degree, and the Engineering department faculty supports the PhD degree in Materials Science and
Engineering program. The fall 2024 Engineering program enrollment is approximately 150
students. |
