This position will allow you to assist staff who are blind, or vision impaired in providing services to individuals in the community in order to help them maintain their desired levels of independence. The driver will not only provide transportation for staff who are blind or vision impaired but will also assist with ‘visual’ tasks such as completing handwritten forms, observing the home environments and providing feedback to staff, and serving as a sighted guide.
