The DGS Office of State Mail Services (OSMS) is looking for three qualified candidates to join our team as a State Mail Carriers. In this role, you will deliver and collect inbound and outbound mail for approximately 90 state government entities that provide essential services across the Commonwealth. Your route will cover Capitol Square and the surrounding Richmond area. This position also requires enhanced mail screening and security responsibilities, including operating an X-ray scanner and working within a secure contaminant room. You will ensure full compliance with USPS and state regulations governing mail operations.
