DMV is seeking to hire an individual to work as the Program Support Technician Sr. on the Select team.
This position will be responsible conducting accurate monitoring of DMV's partners operations to verify compliance with Agency requirements including revenue collection, asset control and accuracy with processing DMV's transactions. Conducting on-site audits of all DMV Selects (required extensive day and overnight travel throughout the year), Auto Auctions and VIADA processing center by utilizing the Select Service Audit Checklist. Support and fill in when required for administrative assignments. Assist providing on-site training with new office "go live week" or support for new employees with an established DMV partner.
Effectively reviews paperwork to ensure all policies and procedures are being followed. Documents deficiencies noted in a clear, concise and logical manner. Uses effective research and analytical skills to evaluate findings and develop recommendations. Be aware of possible fraudulent documents and/or activity, report to management, if suspected. Conducts follow-up reviews on emails and faxes send to the Selects for corrections that were needed. Gives oral and written information to the DMV Selects, Auto Auctions/VIADA, on policies, procedures and deficiencies found in the work. Assist with reviewing the system and reports to verify settlements are being entered and closed in the mySelect system in a timely manner, according to procedure.
Conduct on site field audit of CSCOM procedures, including processing an Audit Checklist, verifying inventory accuracy and quantities, current active tellers and the office security of DMV assets. Travel and overnight will be required also responsible for onsite visits. Review of audit checklist and apply a compliance score. Retain audit documentation for follow up visits (through email, call or on-site visit).
Daily recording of all Locations overage and shorts. Daily recording of all locations voided inventory, including follow up emails. Daily recording of Closed settlements (primary) and deferred, including follow up emails. Monthly Quality Review Tracking (QRT), including follow up emails and approval of refunds.

Minimum Qualifications
*Effectively reviews paperwork to ensure all policies and procedures are being followed
*Knowledge skills with Microsoft Word, and Excel
*Excellent oral and written skills
*Strong ability to multi-task projects, and weekly deadlines
*Strong team player
Additional Considerations
*Excellent knowledge of processing DMV Vehicle work
*Strong knowledge of mySelect
*Some college or technical school is a plus
