Job Duties
The Business Solutions and Analytics Supervisor leads a dynamic team within the Customer Contact Center, responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that enhance efficiency and support strategic decision-making. This role leverages Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to build dashboards, automate workflows, and deliver actionable insights. The supervisor also ensures timely project delivery, fosters a high-performing team culture, and collaborates across departments to optimize business processes.
Business Process Optimization: Design and implement automated solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform to streamline operations and reduce processing time.
Dashboard Development: Create interactive Power BI dashboards for performance tracking and integrate them into existing systems.
Data Analytics: Analyze data to generate insights for CCC departments and deliver timely, accurate reports.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of analysts and developers; manage staffing and performance planning.
User Support & Training: Provide training and support for dashboard users and maintain documentation.
System Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain dashboards and automated tools to ensure functionality and accuracy.
Agency Engagement: Represent CCC in operations and innovation meetings; contribute to strategic initiatives.
Note: This position is located on-site at the Customer Contact Center in Vansant, VA and is not a remote work position.
Minimum Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint design, development, and administration.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience in creating and managing dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL) and system integrations.
• Understanding data analysis, visualization tools, and reporting techniques.
• Ensuring accuracy in data analysis and reporting
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to coach, develop, train, and supervise staff
• Ability to develop project mapping/management in order to lead a team to meet deadlines
• Understanding key performance indicators and performance development planning
Additional Considerations
• Experience with business process mapping and workflow automation.
• Microsoft certification in either Power Platform, SharePoint, Cloud Design, Dashboard Design, or Architect Solutions for Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
• Supervisory experience in a production or technology based environment
• Experience with SharePoint and Power Platform customization and branding
