Job Duties

The Business Solutions and Analytics Designer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing business solutions using Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). This role applies solution architecture, data analytics, and system design to improve workflows, reporting infrastructure, and collaboration tools that enhance organizational efficiency and decision-making.

Business Process Optimization: Automate workflows and reduce data processing time using Power Platform and SharePoint tools.

Dashboard Development: Create and integrate Power BI dashboards with 100% data accuracy and high user satisfaction.

Data Analytics: Deliver timely, actionable insights and performance reports to support CCC operations.

User Training & Support: Conduct quarterly training sessions, maintain user guides, and respond to support requests.

System Maintenance: Troubleshoot and test dashboards and tools to ensure functionality and accuracy.

Agency Engagement: Participate in innovation meetings and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Note:  This position is located on-site at the Customer Contact Center in Vansant, VA and is not a remote work position. 

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in SharePoint and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience with dashboard design and data visualization
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, and API integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration with diverse teams
• Experience with SharePoint and Power Platform customization and branding

Additional Considerations

• Experience with business process mapping and workflow automation
• Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, PowerApps, SharePoint, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
