Construction Project Manager - ET020 Richmond (City), Virginia
The DGS Division of Capital Square Services (DCSS) is looking for an experienced project manager to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. They are responsible for the planning, budgeting, design, and construction of facilities, maintenance, renovation, and small construction projects at the Capitol Square Complex, including reviewing full sets of building plans for code compliance, feasibility, and other important information. They will further ensures that the projects are managed within the applicable guidelines established by DGS policies and procedures in order for annual permits to be reviewed and approved. Understanding and expertise with all aspects of building plans (plans for architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, etc.) will be paramount to this process.
