| The Alexandria Health Department is seeking a financially responsible professional to join our health district as an Office Services Specialist. The incumbent independently performs transactional functions that include verifying services, data entry, collecting, processing and posting of client and third-party billing payments in the computer system, receipting payments, daily reconciling of payments collected and generating financial AR reports. The position ensures compliance with HIPPA laws and regulations and serves in a role that supports the functions of the administration division.

Up to a $25,000 Bonus for Registered Nurses that are new to state service and remain with the facility for 2 years.
· $15,000 sign on bonus will be awarded to new hires to state service with a one-year written agreement required.
· An additional $10,000 retention bonus will be awarded to new hires who are hired after December 10, 2023. The retention bonus will be paid out one year after hire date and require a one-year written agreement.
Competitive salaries: RN II-Starting Pay from $79,572 and increases to commensurate with experience, education, and credentials. Total compensation including paid time off and benefits begins at $120,408 for this role.
Competitive Shift Differentials:
· 1st shift weekend-$5.50 per hour
· 2nd shift-weekday-$5.50 per hour/2nd shift weekend/holidays-$6.00 per hour
· 3rd shift-weekday-$4.00 per hour/3rd shift weekend/holidays-$7.00 per hour
