The NOVA District office is seeking a Land Use Engineer for the Fairfax/Arlington Land Use Permit Department to provide technical review of land development, utility, locality, and private entrance plans consistent with VDOT specifications, standards, policies and procedures. Administer the District’s land development permit activities with stakeholders to include local government, engineering community, developers and other VDOT staff.
