| The Virginia Department of General Services Office of Facilities Management (OFM) is seeking a Building Manager to manage the TCWest and Metro facilities. As part of the OFM team, the Building Manager ensures the repair, maintenance, and preventative maintenance tasks/guidelines are met with minimum disruption to building occupants, managing a multi-craft team and working closely with outside building management firms in the operation and budget development for assigned properties. The Building Manager reports directly to the Deputy Chief M&O and is an integral part of the building’s operation team for the DGS controlled facilities.
OFM is a customer-focused organization that provides high-quality surroundings for the roughly 75 state and legislative agencies located within the Capitol Square complex. OFM operates and maintains approximately 4.2 million square feet of space at the Capitol Complex and throughout the metropolitan Richmond area, including office buildings, the State Capitol, the Governor's Mansion and monuments. |
