| The Associate Director for Prospect Management and Research is responsible for building the Norfolk State University (NSU) Prospect Management program to include, but not limited to, development research and analytics. The Associate Director for Prospect Management and Research will develop and implement business processes and policies, and provide sophisticated business intelligence to expand Norfolk State University’s fundraising opportunities and results. The prospect management program will include prospect research, information technology, and analytics to model and identify the best philanthropic prospects. The Associate Director for Prospect Management and Research will recommend prospects for major gift officer portfolio composition and support the achievement of both NSU University Advancement’s target goals and individual gift officer goals.
The Associate Director for Prospect Management and Research will also ensure the ongoing development of a robust prospect pipeline, including recommendations for advancing donors to higher levels of giving and planned gifts, and increasing the number of new donors annually.
