| The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of responsibilities, technical and immediate repairs for the Campus Housing Facilities on-campus representing the Facilities Management Department. Performs the duties of a lead position, which includes providing support to all housing facilities, offering guidance to the crew at assigned campus, contacting and communicating with vendors and contractors. Performs maintenance and repair of campus assets and equipment including chillers, boilers, pumps, air handlers, cooling towers, and HVAC equipment. |
