| The purpose of the Call Center Operator is to provide accurate information to prospective and current students by answering calls that are made to the Office of Advising Call Center. In addition, this individual will make telephone contacts as needed and will manage data collected from students. |

| The Tutor/Mentor will provide mentoring support and tutoring services in the areas of reading, writing, math, natural sciences, and other areas based upon TRIO students' needs. The Tutor/Mentor positions are temporary part-time. Tutoring and Mentoring sessions may be held individually or in groups. Tutors/Mentors will work closely with the TRIO Program Coordinator to outline and follow up on student needs. |

| The overall purpose of this job is to be assist the Skills and Simulation Lab Coordinator and the Skills and Simulation Technical Coordinator in the implementation of programs in the Health Science Department. The assistant will collaborate frequently with the Coordinators regarding laboratory schedule planning, ordering, and will participate in receiving and stocking lab supplies and equipment as directed by the Skills Lab Coordinator and Dean/Director of Nursing. The assistant will assist with cleaning and disinfecting equipment at all campuses. The assistant will also participate/assist in simulations as directed by the Coordinators. |
