| The Facilities Support Associate 4 performs building maintenance and related work as required in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, lighting, landscaping, painting, carpentry, and HVAC. During inclement weather events or emergency maintenance situations, facilities personnel may be called in to work outside of regularly scheduled work hours. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7.5 hours per day, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. with a fixed schedule to be set after employment begins. Some travel and work at satellite campuses may be required. |

| The Automotive Technology Associate Instructor is responsible for providing individualized theory and hands-on instruction to adult and high school students to prepare them for employment in the field of auto mechanics. The Automotive Associate Instructor must monitor, grade and evaluate individual student progress; maintain student records in the college’s student records management software; maintain appropriate documentation; submit timely reports; and assist in recruitment of new students and placement of graduates and other administrative duties. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Scheduled class hours are 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position is grant-funded and is not a remote position. |
