The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Murfreesboro is accepting applications for the part-time, temporary positions of Adjunct Instructor/Classroom Support for all Allied Health programs (Classroom, Clinicals, Anatomy & Physiology (A&P), Math for Meds).
GENERAL DUTIES: Adjunct instructors provide classroom support on an as-needed basis, sometime with little advance notice. This position should ensure student training is conducted utilizing all appropriate safety measures. The adjunct instructor will facilitate continued training for students in the absence of a full-time instructor. Potential applicants with varied work experience may qualify to facilitate in more than one program. |

This is a full-time permanent position under the supervision of the assigned Custodial Supervisor. The Ground Worker 2 is responsible for maintaining grounds, streets and walks at assigned campus, and related work as required.
Incumbent is responsible for performing assigned duties during the day, evening or weekend on any Southwest Tennessee Community campus/center as assigned. May be required to provide services outside of normal work hours and week. This position may be contacted during non-duty hours. |

General Duties:
Maintenance/Custodial shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
Collects and disposes of trash from classrooms, offices, parking lots, and lawn.
Cleans breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, classrooms, and other areas on a routine schedule.
Replenishes building supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, etc. as needed.
Strips, waxes, buffs, and cleans floors as needed to maintain a neat appearance.
Performs security functions such as unlocking, locking, and checking doors and windows.
Assists the Coordinator of Physical Facilities in developing preventative maintenance measures and following published schedule related to same and other tasks as needed.
Managing the physical setup of the large auditorium room for scheduled events.
Assist with ground keeping.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. |
