| The overall purpose of this job is to assist Workforce Development and Career Development in the coordination of career camps and recruitment activities for middle and high school students for advanced manufacturing and construction careers. Additionally, this position will work alongside Workforce Development and in collaboration with industry partners and instructors to conduct information sessions for high school students and their parents, provide career awareness, exploration, preparation, and training support services for pre-college and college student participants and refer them to labor market intermediary organizations for career guidance, preparation, and job placement services. Finally, this position is responsible for tracking participation in these activities and class placements (credit and non-credit) and program graduate job placements |

| The Director of the Office of Student Success provides strategic leadership and oversight for student intervention programs, ensuring alignment with institutional retention and completion goals. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating data-driven academic support strategies for first-time freshmen, students on academic probation, and reentry students.
The Director supervises all professional staff, manages program effectiveness, and collaborates with multiple departments to enhance student persistence and success. The Director is responsible for budget planning, strategic resource allocation, and institutional reporting on intervention effectiveness. |
