The overall purpose of this job is to plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the activities of Event Services. Event Services manages a centralized box office for ticketed campus events for both campus and non-college entities and provides accurate and timely billing information to the various parties involved. This position includes responsibility for budgeting, staffing, evaluating personnel, collaboration with rentals, facilities, and security services, and developing and implementing short- and long-term strategic goals for all components included in the unit.
