Tennessee College of Applied Technology Oneida is seeking individuals, in the absence of full-time instructors, to monitor groups of students in an assigned technical college program, record attendance, direct group activities as assigned, provide instructional support to students, distribute and collect daily assignments. A knowledge of the program/industry is preferred but not required; instructors will be placed on a Substitute Instructor list and will be called as needed. Substitutes may request to serve in specific programs or will be asked to serve in programs where they have similar experience. Program Director - Distilled Spirits Tullahoma
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Distilled Spirits Program including developing the courses and recruiting students. Provides high-quality, effective instruction in accordance with the catalog description and the approved course syllabus; Facilitates student learning, and performs evaluations of student learning for all assigned classes, using each course's standard course outline as a guide; Recruits, hires and oversees adjuncts for this program; Advises and mentors students about academic and career goals.
