Service Center Admissions and Records Director Nashville
The Service Center Admissions and Records Director is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Student Service Center, ensuring admissions and records processing functions are provided in a timely and accurate manner and in compliance with all applicable institutional, TBR, state, and federal regulations, policies, and guidelines. This position will play a vital role in supporting system-wide admissions and records operations across all TBR colleges and provide dedicated technical expertise in the Banner Student Information System (SIS). This position coordinates meetings of the Community College Admissions and Records group and provides consultative support. In consultation with the Associate Vice Chancellor and Assistant Vice Chancellor, this position directs the System Office’s work related to admissions and records and student recruitment support. The Service Center Admissions and Records Director works closely with the institutions of the TBR system and is expected to provide a high level of customer service to all institutions served. This position may have the opportunity to work remotely within the state of Tennessee but with periodic visits to the TBR System Office (Nashville, TN) at the employee’s expense, and potential travel to Tennessee TBR colleges may be necessary.

Capital Outlay Accountant Nashville
This position is responsible for assisting in the management of the fiscal responsibilities of the capital outlay program. This includes assisting vendors, personnel in TBR Facilities, personnel at TBR campuses, and personnel at State agencies with fiscal transactions of the capital projects program and providing various accounting summary reports as needed. The position reviews all program, capital outlay, and capital land budgets and ensures accurate entry in the State’s accounting system, Edison. Additionally, this position determines the accuracy of all fiscal entries in the Facilities project tracking system, PITS, and reconciles PITS to Edison. This position may have the opportunity to work remote within the state of Tennessee but with periodic visits to the TBR System Office (Nashville, TN) at the employee's expense.

This position is responsible for providing leadership, direction, planning, coordination, general supervision, coaching and evaluation for the programs/departments within Student Services that are considered part of enrollment services and student success which exist to identify the needs of students as they progress from application to completion. This position directly supervises and provides oversight management for Financial Aid, Testing, and the Senior Director of Student Success. A primary objective of this position is to ensure that all student populations are served well through utilizing best practices by working with all areas of the college collaboratively to identify and address and mitigate for barriers in the areas of enrollment, retention, persistence, completion, and transfer. The Data Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and integration. This position leverages tool such as Python, SQL, and Delta Lake within the Microsoft Fabric Ecosystem to acquire, transform, and manage data from source systems like Ellucian Banner as well as external APIs. The Data Engineer ensures data is effectively structured, reliable, and optimized to support college-wide data needs and various strategic initiatives. Working extensively with enterprise systems and emerging data technologies, the Data Engineer creates a robust foundation for the college’s data ecosystem and may explore advanced techniques to enhance data reliability and scalability. Utilize expertise in data Lakehouse management, data pipeline creation/support, and analytical reporting skills.
