Strong oral and written communication, excellent customer service, and the ability to build effective relationships with students, faculty, employers, and the public are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, audio/visual equipment, and higher-education software, plus experience maintaining sensitive student records, is expected. Preferred: prior Financial Aid office experience and familiarity with Banner, SLATE, or similar systems. |
