This position serves as a key liaison between the college, high school partners, students, and families, ensuring clear communication and alignment with program requirements. It also supports student transition from dual enrollment to full-time college, promotes available student resources, and contributes to recruitment, retention, and program success efforts.
Additionally, the advisor maintains accurate records, tracks student outcomes, ensures compliance with program requirements, and regularly engages with partner high schools through visits, presentations, and outreach. |
