Student Success Advisor Livingston
Provide information concerning academic success and career guidance as well as other retention-related topics in order to assist students with overall success. Information on academic success can include but not be limited to course selection, study skills, time management, tracking progression, and assisting with transfer to another institution of higher education. Furthermore, the Student Success Advisor provides case management for at-risk students. Career guidance can include but not be limited to resume preparation, career guidance and referral to career related resources.
EPSO Systems Administrator Nashville
The EPSO LMS Administrator will work as the technical lead, coordinating with teams from the Tennessee Board of Regents to create, manage, and administer Statewide Dual Credit (SDC) exams to TN high school students, assist the EPSO Coordinator with technical support, data collection, reporting efforts, and teacher trainings, and assist the EPSO Director with supporting EPSO management and expansion efforts. This position requires high attention to detail, including manipulating large sets of student information and securely managing the resulting data sets, proficient knowledge in LMS funcitions, administration, and support, and the ability to handle multiple complex projects at once. This position may have the opportunity to work remote within the state of Tennessee but with periodic visits to the TBR System Office (Nashville, TN) at the employee’s expense, and potential travel to Tennessee TBR colleges may be necessary.
Director of Grants and Resource Development Dyersburg
The Director of Grants and Strategic Resource Development is responsible for identifying and securing grants to support operations, new and existing academic programs, and capital projects, as well as monitoring/managing new and select existing grants the College has received. The individual reports to the Vice President of External Affairs. The Director of Grants and Strategic Resource Development is expected to work collaboratively with the executive leadership team, ensuring that grant opportunities align with the College’s Mission, Strategic Plan, and operational and capital needs.
Assistant Director for Workforce Development Dyersburg
The Assistant Director of Workforce Development supports the strategic mission of the Workforce Development Department and reports to the External Affairs Division. The Assistant Director of Workforce Development maintains knowledge of regional labor market trends, employer needs, and regional funding priorities to develop and deliver high-quality, relevant training programs. The Assistant Director of Workforce Development provides leadership to the Workforce Training and Development Division and collaborates in providing access to new and expanded workforce training opportunities and designing and delivering comprehensive pathways to employment. This includes but is not limited to (1) personnel management, (2) assisting with budget management, (3) class planning and scheduling, (4) internal and external reporting, (5) data management, and (6) employer relations. The Assistant Director of Workforce Development meets with new and existing businesses and industry leaders with the goal of identifying the need for new programs and new workforce training opportunities, as well as establishing new business and industry partnerships. A key role of this position is staying abreast of emerging and new industries in the region by collaborating with Economic Development Organizations and local and regional government entities. This candidate must also know, or obtain knowledge of, programmatic accreditation/certification to develop and execute a training program.

The purpose of this position to provide comprehensive support in admissions, registration, financial aid, and advising for non-degree seeking students. Responsibilities include application assistance, scheduling appointments, myPellissippi navigation, and processing EVEA documents. Duties involve FAFSA and state applications, verification, document uploads , and status advising. This role also includes advising students on contacting professors and administrators, school policies, and community events. This position ensures a seamless service experience, promoting student success and supporting institutional goals in recruitment, retention, and graduation.
