Student Support Associate Jackson
The Student Support Associate will work under the supervision of the Student Services Coordinator and Vice President of Student Services. The individual shall be responsible for assisting with duties related to Student Services and the support of the college. Some evenings/weekends and travel may be required. Specific Duties: • Responsible for recruitment for the institution, including answering phone calls, assisting with walk-ins, disseminating information regarding the programs available, providing tours of the College, and assisting with New Student Orientation. • Provide attendance counseling and reporting. • Assist students with completion of all required compliance training. • Assist with academic reports as it relates to performance indicators and compliance. • Maintain physical and electronic student files. • Assist team members when necessary to ensure the success of the department. • Other duties as assigned.
Curriculum and Compliance Coordinator Jackson
• Work closely with faculty, staff, industry partners, and accrediting bodies to coordinate the design, review, and revision of academic programs and courses to ensure they meet educational standards and industry needs. • Monitor and ensure compliance with accreditation standards, state and federal regulations, and institutional policies. • Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of academic programs and student learning outcomes. • Provide guidance and support to faculty in curriculum development, instructional strategies, and compliance matters. • Maintain accurate records of curriculum changes, accreditation reports, and compliance documentation. • Organize and facilitate professional development opportunities for faculty and staff related to curriculum and compliance. • Implement ongoing professional development and training for adjunct, substitute, and full-time faculty • Assist with the evaluation of faculty performance, identify areas for improvement in academic programs and implement strategies to enhance curriculum quality and compliance. • Performs all other duties assigned by the Vice President and President.

Faculty - Technologies (Artificial Intelligence) Memphis
This is a full-time academic-year (9-month) term appointment faculty position reporting to the Department Chair of Technologies. Teaching responsibilities will include foundational and advanced AI topics such as Python programming, data analysis, machine learning, artificial intelligence tools and frameworks, neural networks, and ethical considerations in AI. The faculty member will also play a key role in shaping the AI curriculum and integrating hands-on learning experiences into the program. The faculty member is responsible for performing assigned duties during the day, evening, or weekend on any Southwest Tennessee Community College campus as assigned. At a minimum, the related activities include instruction, instructional counseling, academic advising, serving on various committees, and participating in local, state, regional, and national professional activities and organizations.
