| Provide support for installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of all IT equipment such as but not limited to: Computers, Printers, Scanners, etc. and for related software. Consult and assist faculty and staff in determining appropriate hardware and software needs. Develop and maintain documentation for procedures, records, and inventory. Support computer lab environments to ensure our students gain the most benefit from our technology. |
