Part Time Evening Instructor-Technology Foundations

The part-time, evening, Technology Foundations Instructor shall work in coordination with full-time Technology Foundations Instructor, teaching, and guiding students in the areas of essential reading, writing and math skills. This work is essential to preparing students to succeed in their chosen programs of study. The adjunct instructor will provide instruction and guidance to students at two primary locations: one (1) evening per week at the Franklin County Extension Campus in Winchester and one (1) evening per week at the Shelbyville Main Campus in Shelbyville. |

The Service Center at the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) supports the System Office and Technical Colleges of Applied Technology (TCATs) within the following functional areas: Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and Student. The Service Center Student functional area is supported by the Office of Student Success for admissions, records, financial aid, and accounts receivable.
The Academic Records Associate, Student Services is responsible for ensuring all student information is reported in a timely and accurate manner to the National Student Clearinghouse and in compliance with all applicable institutional, TBR, State, and Federal regulations, policies, and guidelines. In consultation with the Student Shared Services Manager, Associate Vice Chancellor for Student and Financial Aid Services and Student Services Specialist, this position manages student record processing in Banner for the technical colleges. The Associate, Student Services works closely with the institutions of the TBR system and is expected to provide a high level of customer service to all institutions served. |
IT Service Center Technician

The IT Service Center Technician works under the supervision of TBR Service Desk and reports to the VP of Operations at TCAT Shelbyville. The technician is a professional who provides technical support and assistance to students, faculty, and staff at all TCAT Shelbyville locations. They are responsible for installing, configuring, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network devices. They also provide training and guidance to users of college technology resources.
*Requires use of state vehicles to travel between all TCAT Shelbyville teaching locations. |
