Part-Time: Library Clerk (Evening Shift) Memphis
This is a temporary, part-time position reporting to the Executive Director of Library Services. The Library Clerk works primarily at the Macon and Union campuses but occasionally at other locations as well. He or she is responsible for the delivery of services to library patrons, maintaining library records, and ensuring that library materials are properly arranged. The hours are primarily between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm Monday through Thursday. There are occasional Saturday mornings as well.

Faculty – Mechatronics Technology Memphis
This is a full-time academic-year (9-month) term faculty position in the Mechatronics Technology program in the Technologies Department. The faculty member is responsible for the coordination, planning, preparation, presentation, and evaluation of classroom instruction and related activities. The faculty member is responsible for performing assigned teaching duties during the day, evening, and occasionally on the weekends on any Southwest Tennessee Community College campus as assigned. This position will primarily be responsible for instruction for dual-enrollment courses offered at John Wilder Youth Development Center in Somerville, TN as well as other area high schools. As such, the position may require daily travel across Shelby and Fayette Counties. An instructor/assistant professor performs all other duties as directed by the Department Chair, Dean of Business and Technologies, or the President or designee.

The part-time Practical Nursing Adjunct Instructor is responsible for teaching and supervision of nursing students in on-campus classroom/lab and off-campus clinical settings. This part-time position will average 18-24 hours per week Monday through Friday and is not eligible for benefits. Most scheduled hours will be for student supervision off-campus at clinical sites, but some classroom teaching may be required. Clinical hours may vary based on the needs of each site. This is not a remote teaching position.
Service Center Enterprise Application Developer Nashville
The position will be involved in technical areas ranging from maintenance of clock hour and related modifications, support of enterprise business logic, and delivery of new initiatives primarily supporting the Student and Financial Aid modules in Ellucian’s Banner ERP utilizing Multi-Entity Processing (MEP)/ STP (Shared Technology Platform). This entails: • working closely with functional users to identify needs and problems • translating requirements into technical specifications • developing innovative solutions utilizing Banner administrative and self-service applications, Banner Document Mgmt. (BDM), and third-party systems/applications to support and enhance business operations • application of best-practice and established system analysis • design and programming concepts, principles, and standards. This position is responsible for maintaining modifications and business logic while providing technical support for other student information-related projects for TBR’s service center that supports our Technical Colleges of Applied Technology (TCAT). This position offers the opportunity to work remotely with the occasional need to travel to the Central office for in-person meetings.
Part-Time Faculty- Theater Columbia
Part time faculty are hired as needed on a semester-to-semester basis and typically teach up to nine credit hours during the semester. Columbia State offers classes at five campuses: Columbia Campus, Williamson Campus, Lawrenceburg Campus, Lewisburg Campus, and Clifton Campus. Columbia State also offers classes at several off-campus locations and clinical sites.
Assistant Professor of Health Sciences, 12-Month Jackson
This is a 12-month faculty, term contract position.  This faculty position includes serving as Department Chair of Health Sciences. This position will be responsible for teaching and coordinating courses within the Health Sciences AAS Degree Program, the Healthcare Technician, Patient Care Technician, and Medical Coding Certificate Programs. Other duties include coordinating student clinical placement requirements, managing clinical affiliations, certification testing, equipment and supply management, and recruiting and evaluating adjuncts. This position will provide advisement to students and participate in college committees and campus activities. Teaching assignments may include online and/or distance classes, evening classes, dual-enrollment, and off-campus locations. Position includes teaching with release time and additional stipend for chair duties.
Campus Police Officer-TCAT Stanton (Day Shift) Dyersburg
The Patrol Officer (Police Officer 1) supports students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors by monitoring activity on campus for the purpose of maintaining peace and enforcing laws and supports the college by ensuring a safe educational and work environment. TCAT Stanton Campus is the home campus for this position. However, officers on occasion, may be required to perform duties and functions at other DSCC or TCAT campuses.
