Responsibilities include responding to work orders, performing basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and flooring repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, assisting with campus event setup and breakdown, maintaining outdoor areas, and supporting shipping, receiving, and surplus operations. This position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to operate maintenance equipment and vehicles, adherence to safety practices, and the flexibility to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including occasional evenings, weekends, and emergency response situations. A high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and successful completion of background checks are required. |
