This position will serve multiple campuses until the Bledsoe County Campus is completed, at which time the primary assignment will be at the Bledsoe County location. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high standard of personal and professional ethics and possess a sincere interest in teaching and the nursing profession. Working in partnership with Ballad Health, this role delivers classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction; supports student skill development; and ensures a positive, professional learning environment. The instructor maintains accurate records, assists with program development and recruitment, and models the professional standards expected in the nursing field. This position is funded through December 31, 2026, with continuation dependent upon available grant funding. |
