Project Reroute Coordinator Nashville
The Coordinator of the Nashville State Project Reroute oversees a support program for justice-impacted learners attending main campus locations as part of the Correctional Education Initiative. Programming and services aim to support the college’s 2030 vision, which focuses on increasing persistence rates (Fall to Spring retention), retention rates (Fall to Fall retention), and 3-year graduation rates. Student Engagement Support Associate Athens
The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Athens is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Student Support Associate at the Athens location. This dynamic role combines data entry tasks with visits to local high schools to help students apply for dual enrollment and is responsible for organizing student engagement activities. The successful candidate will work 7.5 hours per day, totaling 37.5 hours per week, and contribute to the success of student engagement, dual enrollment, recruitment, and student retention activities at the college. This is an in-person (not virtual) position that requires travel to local high schools, other campuses, and SkillsUSA events.

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to become Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission (P.O.S.T.) certified per T.C.A. 38-8-107 within 6 months from hire date; or currently P.O.S.T. certified. Must be physically, morally, and psychologically fit to meet the requirements of a Peace Officer in the state of Tennessee. Must be willing to work different shifts, holidays, and multiple locations, if needed.
