This aligns with Nashville State’s Vision of achieving equitable outcomes for our varied community of learners.
Student Engagement Support Associate	Athens
The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Athens is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Student Support Associate at the Athens location. This dynamic role combines data entry tasks with visits to local high schools to help students apply for dual enrollment and is responsible for organizing student engagement activities. The successful candidate will work 7.5 hours per day, totaling 37.5 hours per week, and contribute to the success of student engagement, dual enrollment, recruitment, and student retention activities at the college. This is an in-person (not virtual) position that requires travel to local high schools, other campuses, and SkillsUSA events.
Security Officer (Part-time/Temporary)	Blountville	27 Jul 2025
Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • At least 18 years old. • Must not have been convicted or pleaded guilty to or entered a plea of nolo contender to any felony charge or to any violation of any federal, state, or city law/ordinance relating to force, theft, dishonesty, gambling, liquor, or controlled substances. • Must be willing to work different shifts, holidays, and multiple locations, if needed.
Police Officer (PT/Regular)	Blountville	27 Jul 2025
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to become Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission (P.O.S.T.) certified per T.C.A. 38-8-107 within 6 months from hire date; or currently P.O.S.T. certified. Must be physically, morally, and psychologically fit to meet the requirements of a Peace Officer in the state of Tennessee. Must be willing to work different shifts, holidays, and multiple locations, if needed.
