The Navigator assists in creating a collaborative learning environment by working with faculty in the discipline area to determine concept and skill areas of highest need, monitoring student progress, and providing feedback to both students and faculty to improve overall academic performance. The Navigator will also participate in student success initiatives related to academic readiness, placement, and preparation. |
