Assistant Professor, Sonography Program Director	Jackson
The Program Director holds a 12-Month faculty position that reports to the Dean of Healthcare Professions. The Director of the Sonography Program is responsible for the Certificate of Diagnostic Medical Sonography and the Certificate of Cardiovascular Sonography Programs at Jackson State Community College. All tasks adhere to CAAHEP and JRCDMS standards, as well as regional healthcare expectations. In addition to classroom/laboratory instruction, the Director will be responsible for the organization, administration, periodic review, planning, development and general effectiveness of the program; will provide input into the program budget; and supervise other faculty within the program.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: Qualified applicants will upload a cover letter, resume, education transcripts and applicable certifications with the application. Candidates selected for interview will be asked to provide a maximum 10-minute teaching presentation during the interview.
College Success Advisor- Southern Campuses	Lawrenceburg
The College Success Advisor for the Southern Campuses will provide holistic student support services, intrusive academic advising and outreach to new students. The incumbent will guide students through the entire on-boarding, enrollment and advisement process which includes but is not limited to areas such as admissions, career counseling, financial aid, academic planning, academic advising, and class scheduling. The incumbent will respond to alerts for at-risk students provided by college staff and work closely with college resources including counseling, disability services, and testing as support mechanisms. This position will serve as a mentor and coach throughout the academic tenure of assigned student supporting them from enrollment to graduation (in collaboration with faculty advisors upon the student’s completion of select benchmarks). This position is based at the Lawrence Campus, with expected weekly travel to Clifton and Lewisburg Campuses to support student success at these three extended campuses.
Librarian I- Williamson Campus	Franklin
The Librarian will provide professional library services and support for student success at the Williamson Campus of Columbia State. This position also serves as the Cataloger for the Columbia State Library. Responsibilities include: maintaining a library environment that is open, engaging and student centric; providing instruction and assisting students in obtaining resources that support their studies at the Williamson Campus; assisting other offices as it pertains to student success; cataloging and managing library materials and bibliographic resources for student access; and actively contributing to a college culture of service for student success.
