| The overall purpose of this job is to provide upper level administrative support and leadership to the Division of High School Programs specifically providing leadership for early post-secondary opportunities (EPSO’s) and K12 outreach for service area high schools providing guidance for the college’s dual enrollment program. This position will require the ability to manage a fast-pace/high volume work environment while ensuring the highest quality work. This job will also provide stewardship for all WSCC teaching site locations and centers including recruitment of students to sites/centers; provide leadership and assistance with admissions, registration, career planning, testing, retention services, student discipline issues as needed, and supervision of non-faculty staff at each teaching site and center; promote growth and leadership of WSCC’s credit and non-credit programs for area specific diverse and underrepresented populations and course offerings at our K12 service area schools/districts and all WSCC site and center locations through relationships and interaction with local city and county officials, local chambers of commerce, boards of education, and business and industry. |
