Director of K12 Partnerships and Teaching Centers Morristown
The overall purpose of this job is to provide upper level administrative support and leadership to the Division of High School Programs specifically providing leadership and oversight for early post-secondary opportunities (EPSO’s) and K12 outreach including full oversight of the college’s dual enrollment program for service area high schools. This position will require the ability to manage a fast-pace/high volume work environment while ensuring the highest quality work. This job will also provide direct oversight for all WSCC teaching site locations and centers including recruitment of students to sites/centers; provide leadership and assistance with admissions, registration, career planning, testing, retention services, student discipline issues as needed, and supervision of all staff at each teaching site and center; promote growth and leadership of WSCC’s credit and non-credit programs for area specific diverse and underrepresented populations and course offerings at our K12 service area schools/districts and all WSCC site and center locations through relationships and interaction with local city and county officials, local chambers of commerce, boards of education, and business and industry.

The Vice President shall be responsible for executing a range of duties in support of the President. Duties will include participation in the analysis of operational data, report generation, participation in institution planning and budgeting activities, supervision of assigned personnel, counseling activities, faculty and curriculum development, facilities maintenance, specialized course management, and marketing the institution. In addition, the Vice President of the College and Student Affairs shall enforce, oversee, and/or implement policies and procedures on a range of student affairs issues such as admissions, attendance, progression, financial aid, and other student services operations. Applicant must have excellent communication and computer skills. The Vice President reports directly to the President.
